Layered Tea Punch



Layered Tea Punch
non-alcoholic mocktail


Ingredients                Quantity  
cucumber syrup        25 ml
passion fruit syrup     25 ml
fresh milk                  25 ml
tea concentrate         25 ml 




Method  
build layers slowly in a short glass.
pour the syrups slowly using a bar spoon.
thick syrups at the bottom and move your way up.


Garnish 
kiwi slice.
